Payment

We accept all major credit cards through paypal as well as money orders, and personal checks.
Note: Checks can take up to 10 business days to clear. We will not ship your item until your check clears the bank.

Local Pick-Ups

We are currently home-based. But prior arrangements can be made for pick-up. Please attach a message to your order about the day and time you would like for pick-up, and I will contact you.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax will be added to California orders only.

Shipping

All orders will be mailed by USPS only at this time. Priorty mail is available as well.

Orders

If an order is placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or a Holiday, your order will be shipped on the following business day. All Items in stock will be shipped the following business day. If an item is out of stock we will notify you immediately by email or phone. We will keep the order on hold until you are contacted.

Cancellation & Returns

Due to the aspects of this type of business, we do not accept returns, issue refunds, or credits. If a product is defective due to the manufacturer, this issue will be reviewed and considered. Please do not return any items until you have contacted us about the matter.
Remember, as our products are handmade, our products are not uniformed in any way, they come in various colors, shapes, and sizes.

Once your order has been shipped it cannot be canceled.

Privacy Statement

We take the privacy of our customers very seriously and you can count on the fact that we will never disclose your personal information to any third party. All of our transactions are processed through Paypal insuring that the information you provide to us stays confidential and safe from illicit activity.
